Smilin Thru Dome is set in the unspoiled natural beauty of a game farm on the wooded banks of the Vaal River. This piece of paradise is situated approximately 1 hours drive from Johannesburg and 2½ hours from Bloemfontein, 10 km outside Parys on the R500 ( Parys - Fochville Road).

Rondawels are 4 sleepers, with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds and have only a shower.  They are situated right on the river bank, about 300m from the pool and bar.

1. Three Self-catering Rondawels - on the Smilin Thru Dome Resort. Each Rondawel is equipped with 1 Double Bed and 1 bunker bed, fully equipped kitchen (excluding cleaning materials), NO aircon, NO TV, bathroom with shower.

The Chalets are situated on the river bank, and face each other with braai facilities in-between. 

They are all 4 sleepers, with 2 single beds in the bedroom, and 2 single bunk beds in the lounge and a shower, about 100m from the pool.

Seven Self-catering Chalets - on the Smilin Thru Dome Resort.

Each Chalet is equipped with 2 Single Beds in a master bedroom and 1 bunker bed in the living area, fully equipped kitchen (excluding cleaning materials), NO aircon, NO TV, bathroom with shower.

Our 4 sleeper Cottages have the same layout as the Chalets, but have baths in stead of showers, and the 6 sleeper Cottages have a separate room with 2 bunk beds and baths.

All these units use gas to heat the water. 

Two Self-catering 4-bed Cottages - on the Smilin Thru Dome Resort. Each Cottage is equipped with 2 Single Beds in a master bedroom and 1 bunker bed in the living area, fully equipped kitchen (excluding cleaning materials), NO aircon, NO TV, bathroom with bath.

Three Self-catering 6-bed Cottages - on the Smilin Thru Dome Resort. Each Cottage is equipped with 2 Single Beds in a master bedroom and 2 bunker beds in the second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (excluding cleaning materials), NO aircon, NO TV, bathroom with shower over bath. 

For that special treat, entertain the family in the Smile Inn Restaurant, which offers an excellent A´ la carte menu with a variety of dishes to choose from.
